How do I create my account?
Creating an account is quick and easy.
To do this, simply click on “Customer account” at the top right of the page, then on “create an account”. You will then need to enter your name, your e-mail address, and a password.
You will then receive an activation email. You must then click on the confirmation link in this e-mail. Your account will be directly activated and you will therefore have access to your space on Monjoint.ch and the associated services
Are you unable to activate your account?
If you did not receive the activation email and click on the confirmation link, then your account could not be activated. Check that this email is not in your spam folder. If this is not the case, please let us know by e-mail so that we can resend the activation e-mail to you.
Have you forgotten your password?
Click on "Log in" at the top right, then on the link "Forgot your password?" ".
You will then receive an e-mail allowing you to modify it.
Do you want to change your password?
Connect to your account with your usual identifiers, then click on "My details" then on "My password". You will then be prompted to change your password.
How do I delete my account?
All you have to do is send us the request by e-mail. We would be grateful if you could specify the reasons why you wish to delete your account in order to help us improve our services.

How can I place an order?
Simply add as many items as you want to your cart while browsing our store. Once you want to place the order, go to the shopping cart and click "Checkout". Follow the instructions in providing us with the delivery information and select the method of payment for the goods - we will dispatch your package within 1-3 working days.
How can I check my previous orders?
To consult your previous orders, log on to My Joint® with your e-mail address and password.
Select the "Customer account" icon.
How to give your opinion on a product?
It is essential to be registered, to have entered your nickname and to be connected to your account to submit a comment. Once on the product page, go to the bottom of the page in the "Reviews" tab and click on the "Give your opinion" button.
Shopping vouchers
How can I use my points?
Simply enter your voucher code at checkout in the 'Gift Card or Promo Code' box.
The total amount of your order will then be immediately reduced by the value of your voucher.
Where can I find my voucher code?
You find a small icon with a gift at the bottom left. Click on the icon and you will find the code. However, it is necessary to be connected to your customer account.

How long is the shipping time?
In general, parcels are delivered free of charge in Switzerland and Liechtenstein within 1-3 days after receipt of payment (only for private customers).
