1. PAYMENT WITH POSTFINANCE

If you have an account with PostFinance, you can use it with us for two payment methods: first with your E-finance account and then with your PostFinance Card. The different means of payment will be offered to you at the end of your order.

  • After selecting the payment method, log in with your E-finance number and your password.
  • The amount is then debited directly from your PostFinance account free of charge.
  • You will then receive a confirmation email from us. Your items will reach you as soon as possible after the order is closed.

POSTFINANCE CARD How to pay with PostFinance Card

  • Log in using your card number and username.
  • If you have set PostFinance Card as default, no verification will be required for subsequent payments.
  • Monthly limits are set to prevent abuse.



2. PAYMENT WITH TWINT

  • It doesn't matter which bank you use: TWINT is available to everyone. It is best to choose the TWINT app from a bank with which you have an account. This will allow you to connect the app to your bank account.
  • Download the TWINT app now
  • Open the TWINT app and point the camera at the QR code displayed in the online shop or enter the short code displayed in the online shop or in the app in the TWINT app.

3. BANK TRANSFER

In the case of advance payment by bank transfer, your order is immediately dispatched upon receipt of your payment.

The items ordered will be reserved until receipt of payment (max. 7 days after your order). Be aware that, according to the banking organizations, it takes 5 working days for your payment to be taken into account.


Here's how to make a correct transfer:

  • Always state the order number as the reason. Only then will we process your order directly.
  • Make only one transfer per order.
